Orders & delivery

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, with standard UK delivery of 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.

How do I track my order?

You will get a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment we deliver within the United Kingdom.

Returns & refunds

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, worn or used items cannot be returned unless faulty. See our Return & Refund Policy.

My item is faulty or wrong, what do I do?

Email info@povelio.com within 30 days and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Products & sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide. Measure your pet and compare against the guide, and if you are between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering.

Are your products safe for my pet?

Our products are pet accessories designed for everyday use. Always choose the correct size, follow any fitting guidance, and supervise your pet with items such as life jackets, harnesses and carriers.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted providers and we never store your full card details.
