What happens if the power or Wi-Fi goes off?

Fit batteries as a back-up and the feeder keeps serving meals during a power cut, so your cat is never left waiting. If your Wi-Fi drops, saved meal plans keep running; you just cannot change them from your phone until it reconnects. Batteries are not included.

How much food does it hold?

The hopper holds 4 litres of dry food, so you top it up far less often. It is made for dry kibble up to 16 mm, not wet food.

Can I give a meal by hand?
